ASCAP
- Registration: If you are not already registered with either of the Royalties management companies like ASCAP or BMI, we will complete your registration for you on your behalf (ASCAP only).

- Account Maintenance: If you are already registered with ASCAP, at your request, we will maintain your account with your latest song/project information for you on your behalf.

COPYRIGHT (SR) (PA)
Scorpion Media of Texas has partnered with the electronic copyright office of the Library of Congress. We will officially copyright your project from our computers by submitting your project online, eliminiating the time consuming process of packaging and mailing your project yourself.

RADIO PLAY & SALES TRACKING
- Soundscan: Used exclusively by Billboard, track your sales and see where you fall on the top sales charts. Your project must have a barcode to use this service; get a free on by distributing with our online distribution service.

- Broadcast Data System: Used exclusively by Billboard and Radio & Records, track your song's radio airplay on more than 1,600 radio stations, satellite radio and cable music channels in over 140 markets in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and 30 Canadian markets. We will list your song(s) on your behalf.

DISTRIBUTION
- Radio: The best way for independent labels and artists to distribute their music to radio programmers and music industry professionals across North America. No more costly orders of hundreds or thousands of promotional CDs with expensive liner notes and artwork. No more researching radio station mailing addresses and contacts. No more costly and time-consuming mail-outs!

- Online: In todays market, there is no way around it... you have to distribute online! Our online distribution service will get your project listed with all of the major digital distribution services in order to maximize your sales. This also includes free barcode, Nielsen Soundscan submission and downloadable ringtones for your fans.

- Retail: Don't forget about traditional distribution. Many CD sales are still being made in local retail. We will get your projected listed in retail catalogs to be available for major stores to order/stock your project.
